89.9 Hours of Christmas
89.9 Hours of Christmas is our biggest promotion of the year and we look forward to it all year long. We will lock two of our jocks, Adam Fuhler and Andrew Stolze in the station for a total of 89.9 hours in an effort to raise money for The Boys and Girls Club of Alton. We use the money we raise to go on a shopping spree with the kids from Club. And for you the listener, we’ve collected a closet full stuff including; WLCA t-shirts autographed by Our Lady Peace, several gift certificates to area businesses, $899 worth of textbook scholarships, CD and DVD packages, free tanning for a year, and SO MUCH MORE! And as always, we will have tickets to your favorite concerts as well. Live, in-studio band performances will take place on Friday, December 18 and Saturday, December 19. Also, true to tradition, we will be auctioning off the Friday Night Drive-In and the Scene on Saturday to the highest bidder.
